Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Most shipping times are 7-10 days within the US, but because of COVID-19 there may be extended shipping times. I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages that occur during shipment. I can not provide compensation for any loss or damage that occurs during shipment.
Because of COVID-19, there may be delays in shipping, especially around the holiday season. I strive to provide the most current shipping times and tracking information when you purchase a product from us.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All shipping is free on orders over $50 within the United States.
For purchases under $50 and within the United States shipping will be calculated at checkout.
For international orders, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at vevstolweaving@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
